Who We Are

A Century and a Half of Service

NewCourtland Network is a forward-thinking not-for-profit organization fulfilling its original 150-year mission of serving those needing hospital care, while broadening that mission to serve Philadelphia’s seniors and other underserved individuals.

NewCourtland owns and operates more than 600 affordable housing units and three senior centers and delivers community-based services to over 2000 Philadelphia residents daily. It also operates Germantown Home, a 180-bed rehabilitation and long-term care nursing home.

We are committed to Philadelphia and its citizens, meeting their needs where they live with high-quality housing, healthcare partnerships, and supportive services on a nondiscriminatory basis.
