The Philadelphia Senior Center will be hosting a presentation with the Affordable Housing Centers of Pennsylvania. AHCOPA focuses on empowering homeowners while providing resources to maintain their status & keep the generational wealth within the family. AHCOPA works alongside Community Legal Services (CLS) focusing on estate planning, tangled titles, and will drafting. The presentation will offer a free clinic along with a free follow-up appointment with a legal advocate to create a will for qualifying individuals. If you are 55 and older, we invite you to join us!
