Message from the President and CEO, Joe Duffey:

 As we start the new year, I wanted to reflect on the incredible strides we have made by engaging with and learning from our remarkable employees across our network. These dedicated individuals are the backbone of our organization, tirelessly working with the seniors in our care to ensure they receive the equitable access to housing and health services they rightfully deserve. 

This past year has been transformative for us. We have gained invaluable insights and actively developed and launched innovative programs tailored to our employees’ needs. By enhancing their skills and providing them with the necessary tools, we empower them to continue their important work serving seniors throughout the NewCourtland network.
