Opening in Winter 2025, our new community will offer 48 one-bedroom apartments designed for independent seniors seeking supportive services. This affordable housing option is for individuals aged 62 and over in Philadelphia, ensuring access to a healthy lifestyle. Residents will benefit from exceptional programs by the NewCourtland team, which will provide the highest standards of housing and care. This initiative is made possible through a partnership with Ron Hinton, Executive Director of the Allegheny West Foundation.
