The programs within Employee PRIDE (Provide Respect, Incentives, career Development and Education) seek to improve the lives of NewCourtland Network employees, their families, the seniors we serve and our community.
- Ladder of Opportunity
The cornerstone of Employee PRIDE, the Ladder provides employees with the opportunity to advance their education in the nursing field, from nursing assistant through graduate degrees, while providing assistance along each rung.
This employer-assisted home ownership program offers employees up to $3,000 toward closing costs when purchasing a home.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Offers confidential assistance for a variety of personal and professional concerns
An employee referral bonus program that offers $300 for any non-nursing positions within the NewCourtland Network.
- In Good Health
An employee wellness program that empowers all employees with the knowledge and skills to live healthier and more balanced lives through educational sessions, health fairs and group activities
- Tuition Reimbursement
Regular full-time and part-time employees who work 15 hours or more per week and who have completed 90 days of continuous employment are eligible to apply for tuition assistance: up to $2,000 annually for full-time employees and up to $1,000 annually for part-time employees
