NewCourtland was recently recognized for its success in building communities through its employer-assisted housing program YOUrHOME.  Created in 2003 in collaboration with the recently relaunched Philadelphia Home Buy Now program, YOUrHOME grants $3K to first-time home buyers in the NewCourtland Network qualified to purchase a home in Philadelphia.

To date, NewCourtland has awarded nearly $250K to assist 85 employees of its Network.  Eligibility requirements of the program are:

• Must work full-time or at least 30 hours/per pay

• In good-standing with at least one year of service

• First-Time Home-Buyer

• Home must be owner-occupied and not more than a two-family property

• Qualified for a mortgage with a participating lender
