NewCourtland has a proud tradition of evolving to meet the greatest need. Today, an ever-growing number of seniors want to, and with the proper support can, maintain their independence—in their own homes and neighborhoods. While they still may require skilled medical and/or support with activities of daily living, they want and deserve the opportunity to live as long, safely and healthy as possible on their own or perhaps with a family member or caregiver.
From the engaging programs found at Senior Centers affording its members access to recreational companionship and opportunities to remain active and engaged in the community—to Courtland@Home, a turnkey home health agency that blends compassionate and friendly staff with assistive technology services—to LIFE, a comprehensive managed care model specifically designed to support adults as they age—community-based services in the NewCourtland Network grant seniors choice about how and where to receive the care they need as they age.
