Assistant Vice President of Human Resources
Kevin Stump, M.S., is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for NewCourtland Senior Services. In this role, he oversees employee and labor relations, benefits, talent management, compensation, human resource information systems, employee recognition, and corporate administrative services for the Network.
Prior to joining NewCourtland, Mr. Stump has served in a variety of leadership positions in the healthcare and long-term care fields. This includes: Human Resources Manager and Labor Relations Consultant for Montgomery Health Services; Acting Area Director of Human Resources and Area Manager of Human Resources, Eastern Operations, for Extendicare Health Services; Regional Director of Human Resources for Consulate Management Company; and Acting Area Director of Human Resources and Area Manager of Human Resources, Eastern Operations, for Golden Living Centers.
Mr. Stump received both a Master of Science degree with a focus in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He also received a graduate certificate in Executive Leadership in Health Care Administration and a certificate in Leadership and Executive Skills for Health Care Managers.
